The short version
FITR exists to show you an outfit on your own body and let your friends vote on it. We collect the minimum needed to do that, we don't sell your data, and you can delete everything from inside the app.
What we collect
Photos you upload. Your person photos and garment photos are stored privately in our backend (Supabase) under your account and are only used to generate your try-ons.
Account details. If you sign in with Apple we store the account identifier Apple gives us, plus the profile you create (display name, handle, style tags). Guest accounts work without any of this.
Votes. Votes on shared fits are anonymous. We store a random per-device key so each device counts once — it is never linked to a name, email, or account.
How AI processing works
To generate a try-on, your person photo and the garment image are sent to our AI processing partner (fal.ai) and the result is stored back in your account. To identify pieces in a fit photo, the image is processed by a vision model via OpenRouter. These partners process images to fulfil your request and are not permitted to use them to build profiles of you.
What we never do
We don't sell your personal data. We don't run third-party ad trackers on your photos. We don't make your fits public — share links only work for people you send them to.
Deleting your data
Delete your account any time from Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your photos, generated fits, votes, and profile from our servers. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
